The SBC Summit Malta 2025 provided a great opportunity to get to know 3 Oaks Gaming from the inside. We spoke with five of their team members, each bringing their own insights on the company’s story, growth, and vision for the future. From gamification and sales to compliance and operations, the interview gives a cross-functional view of one of the most dynamic companies in the iGaming world.
Katarzyna Pysz, Head of Gamification, shared her passion for the role:
“I've been with the company almost a year now. I feel really challenged and motivated, and it's a great environment to work in.”
Federico Miele, Regulated Markets Team Lead, joined the conversation representing compliance and expansion efforts across jurisdictions. Krasimir Pankovski, Head of Sales, and Mariia Osyka from the commercial team, also provided perspective on market strategies, while Iulian Nedelcu gave his take as Account Manager for the Balkan region.
3 Oaks Gaming was established in 2021 with a simple goal: to distribute top-performing slot games. The name itself symbolizes strength and development, much like the oak tree. In just a few years, the company has expanded to 12 jurisdictions and holds four licenses, including in the UK and Isle of Man.
The company boasts a portfolio of 100+ slot titles and 8 promotional tools designed to engage players and enhance the gaming experience.
Several team members shared what drew them to both the industry and the company:
“I've always been drawn by the blend of tech, innovation and fast-paced environment that the iGaming industry offers. Joining 3 Oaks felt natural. They are a young company with a great culture and great ambitions.”
When asked about their personal favorite game, “Lucky Penny” was the clear winner. It's a recent release but already the studio’s best-performing title.

The team closed the interview with a lighthearted anecdote from Krasimir:
“I had a friend from a big brand who I asked to try our games. He didn’t reply at first, but then he called me at 3 in the morning and said, ‘I checked your games, let’s sign the contract.’”
