We spoke with Martina Krajčí, Chief Commercial Officer at SYNOT Games, during SBC to discuss the company’s 9-year journey and what lies ahead as it approaches its 10th anniversary. We had the pleasure to video interview Martina Krajčí, the CCO of SYNOT Games. The video is also available on YouTube.
Martina Krajčí, Chief Commercial Officer at SYNOT Games, has been with the company since its foundation. With nine years of experience, she shared the story of SYNOT’s growth and innovation as the company prepares for its 10th anniversary.
"We are already in the market for 9 years, next year we are celebrating our 10th anniversary," she noted, highlighting both the company’s longevity and momentum in a competitive industry.
Originally focused on software for online gaming, SYNOT Games now also develops content for land-based casinos. Their portfolio boasts over 200 slot titles, along with table games, crash games, and retention tools tailored to operator needs.
"When I started, it was really fun to go around the casinos and aggregators with just a brochure featuring six games. It was challenging but fun. Now, it's much easier, though more competitive," Krajčí reflected.
SYNOT Games operates in 44 jurisdictions and holds seven gaming licenses, with recent market entries in Argentina and Peru. Plans are underway to expand into South Africa, New Jersey, and Ontario.
"We are expanding in both regulated Europe and Latin America. The next steps are entering more regulated markets," Krajčí explained.
"There are some new titles I can't yet disclose, but exciting things are on the way," Martina teased.
Martina emphasized that player engagement goes beyond aesthetics. Initially, she believed design was everything, but she quickly learned the critical role of mathematics and player behavior analytics.
"We are really data-driven. We talk to operators, casinos, and most importantly, we analyze player behavior. That's who we're building for."
Operating exclusively in regulated markets is central to SYNOT Games’s philosophy. "We only supply games to licensed casinos. Responsible gaming is a huge part of our focus," she said. The team actively engages with regulators and industry panels to help shape responsible practices.
"We are committed to fighting black markets and supporting licensed ecosystems."
Fairness is enforced through rigorous internal checks by SYNOT’s product, development, and compliance teams. As the company expands globally, regulatory standards vary, and SYNOT ensures it adapts to each new jurisdiction’s requirements.
"Our compliance team is growing because we’re putting more and more focus on adhering to every regulation."
Martina concluded with a message for the community: SYNOT Games for true players
. She encouraged newcomers to try their games and praised loyal fans for their ongoing support.
"It’s not just about design. It’s about mathematics, fairness, and the joy of playing. That’s why we say SYNOT Games is for true players."
