At iGB L!VE London 2025, we sat down with Tal Itzhak Ron, Chairman and Global CEO of Tal Ron, Drihem & Co., and his colleague Roy Dov Pereg to explore their firm’s integral role in the iGaming ecosystem. With over two decades of experience in gaming and financial law, Tal Ron shares how the firm provides full-spectrum legal and operational services, from company formation to licensing, compliance, and payment solutions.
"I was a gamer in the '80s," Tal shares. I programmed, I played, I grew up in the States. When I became a lawyer in 2003, I knew I wanted to specialize in gaming law.
Being one of the earliest gaming lawyers globally, Tal helped pioneer regulated legal services in the sector, and his passion for gaming continues to fuel the firm’s unique approach.
Tal Ron, Drihem & Co. covers the entire iGaming business life cycle, including licensing, compliance, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
