We had the pleasure to video interview Mark Flores Martin, the CEO of XGENIA. The video is also available on YouTube.
Mark Flores Martin is the CEO of XGENIA, an AI focused technology company that helps studios and businesses build games, apps, and workflows faster. At SiGMA Europe 2025 in Rome, he introduced XGENIA as a full development platform that puts artificial intelligence at the center of production.
XGENIA has developed a platform that lets teams hyper build games while using AI to automate big parts of the process. Instead of building everything manually, studios can plug into the platform and combine many different AI systems in one place.
According to Mark, XGENIA enables companies to use multiple AIs and systems in a single environment to speed up game development. It is not limited to games. The same tools can be used to build apps, workflows, chatbots, agents, and other AI powered systems.
The core idea is that teams can accelerate their work by letting AI handle more of the repetitive and technical tasks. XGENIA supports the full journey, from prototyping to production.
“You can utilize various AIs and build various systems with us, which allow you to accelerate your game development process.”
One of the key concepts in the platform is that users can work with a no code or vibe code approach. This means that instead of writing complex code line by line, teams can build systems using visual tools and high level inputs.
With this method, it becomes easier to quickly iterate and build different apps, games, and workflows. Designers, artists, mathematicians, and developers can all participate in building logic without needing to be expert programmers.
“A vibe code or no code approach allows you to quickly iterate and build various apps, games, workflows.”
XGENIA positions itself as an AI research partner for companies that want to become truly AI first. The platform helps teams integrate AI across departments and discover new workflows that they might not build on their own.
Mark explains that the goal is to support teams in discovering new ways of building games and other products, while automating as much of the underlying infrastructure as possible. This includes the logic that runs in the background, the pipelines that move data, and the tools that keep systems up to date.
“If you are looking to become an AI first company and looking to integrate, we are your AI research partner.”
On the technical side, XGENIA supports over 248 AI models. The platform integrates many of the AIs that Mark and his team believe are worth using, including video models, large language models, and audio models.
XGENIA also has its own AI tools, including what Mark calls a dark AI. This is used for security testing on client systems, helping companies test their infrastructure and find weaknesses in a controlled way.
The platform continues to grow as more models become available. The aim is to give clients one place where they can access the AI tools they need and connect them to their own products.
For game studios and iGaming companies, one of the biggest benefits of XGENIA is the increase in speed. Mark shares that XGENIA clients have already seen more than 60 percent faster development when using the platform in their projects.
This efficiency comes from bringing different roles together in a shared environment. Artists, mathematicians, coders, and other specialists all work in one platform that they can understand.
“Artists, mathematicians and coders all come together in a platform they can each and all understand together.”
By aligning teams in this way, clients report that they work more harmoniously. Less energy is spent on communication issues, and more energy goes into building better games and systems.
XGENIA is not only about game front ends. Mark highlights that there is also a strong focus on workflows and AI agents. The platform helps companies build better agents and better AIs that can automate internal processes.
This can include automating content pipelines, building tools that support operations teams, or creating agents that respond to real time data. The aim is always to reduce manual work and let AI handle more tasks that used to require human attention.
During the interview, Mark also walks through a visual example of the platform in action. He shows a slot machine game running inside XGENIA, and next to it a graph view that represents the game logic.
In the graph, green UI nodes represent the visible elements of the slot machine, such as symbols, animations, and interface elements. Green lines and purple streams show how data moves between nodes and how different parts of the game communicate with each other in real time.
For example, there is an animation node that controls the eyes of a character on screen. On the left side, there are different components that handle animations, win controllers, exchange rates, and language options. All of these pieces are connected in a visual way, so developers can see how the game is constructed.
From this interface, teams can switch between different components and systems, and also work on the backend logic that calculates winnings and applies the mathematics behind the game.
On the left side of the platform, Mark points to the vibe coding tool. This tool lets users write out what they want to build in a higher level way. The platform then interprets that request and automatically builds the structure needed for the feature or system.
This is another way XGENIA reduces friction. Instead of starting from a blank page, teams can describe their goal and let the platform prepare the initial setup and connections. From there, specialists can refine and adjust as needed.
To sum up, XGENIA is presented as a full development platform for AI driven games, apps, and workflows. It combines no code and vibe code tools, visual graphs, and heavy AI integration to help companies build faster and smarter.
It is designed for studios that want to become AI first, increase development speed, and create better collaboration between creative and technical teams. Whether it is building new slot games, internal agents, or complex workflows, XGENIA aims to be the central hub for all these AI powered projects.
“You can integrate and build anything really. It is a full development platform.”
Mark ends the interview by thanking CasinoLove for the chance to present XGENIA at SiGMA Europe 2025 in Rome and for the opportunity to share how AI can transform game development and beyond.
