    About BGaming

BGaming is a game provider and publisher focused on instant games, classic slots, and what the team calls entertainment titles for streamers. Kate Puteiko, Chief Marketing Officer, brings combined product and marketing expertise to guide launches and community initiatives.

“Do not chase innovation for its own sake. Perfect what works.”

    Aviamasters in focus

Aviamasters borrows the flight theme familiar to crash players but runs on a traditional slot RNG. The goal was a less stressful flow that keeps the physics, multipliers, and anticipation without forcing split-second cashout decisions.

“We wanted an enjoyable game connected to planes, physics, and multipliers, but not stressful.”

    Math profile and balance

The team iterated the model through internal and external tests with players and experts.

“We rebalanced multiple times and focused on realistic physics and no-frustration moments.”

    Why no in-game social feed

Unlike many crash titles, Aviamasters omits public bet and result lists. The design removes distractions to keep attention on the plane, multipliers, and landing target.

“There is no rush. No decisions to make. Focus on the joyful process.”

    Community programs

BGaming operates several engagement layers for players and creators.

“We aim to be beyond a provider by supporting trends and being part of the players and streamers community.”

    How the TikTok wave happened

The Aviamasters release evolved into a large awareness spike after several streamer-focused clients pushed the title with top creators. Affiliates then amplified the trend as traction grew.

    Working with affiliates

BGaming collaborates across influencer, streamer, SEO, and app affiliates. The team shares monthly performance snapshots by geo to help partners test and scale the right titles.

“We have data from casinos worldwide and try to share as much as possible.”

    Kate’s path into iGaming

Kate entered iGaming via a friend’s recommendation after roles in banking automation and in marketing for action sports brands like Quiksilver, Billabong, and DC.

    Gaming habits

She regularly plays slot games in real-money mode to keep a realistic feel for the experience and often tries BGaming’s new releases in the wild.

“My biggest single-spin win was almost 1,000 euros, which paid for a vacation.”

    What is next

BGaming's Growth and Achievements in 2026

One year after our previous interview at SBC Summit Lisbon, we met again with Kate Puteiko, Chief Marketing Officer of BGaming, to discuss the company's progress, recent game releases, and future plans. According to Kate, BGaming has continued to expand its game portfolio while taking a selective approach to development.

Rather than simply increasing the number of releases, BGaming has focused on developing its most successful game series across casual, classic, and entertainment titles. This approach allows the studio to build on established products while introducing new experiences for different types of players.

One of the company's biggest achievements has been reaching the position of fifth-largest game provider worldwide by streaming airtime, according to Kate. This milestone reflects BGaming's growing presence in the streaming community, where game visibility can play an important role in attracting new players.

"We are growing. We are growing our portfolio, but in a smart way."

For BGaming, growth is not only about producing more games. It is also about strengthening existing game series and developing content that performs well for operators, streamers, and players.

Social Casinos and Expansion into Regulated Markets

When asked where BGaming is experiencing the strongest growth, Kate highlighted social casinos as one of the company's main areas of focus.

BGaming has been investing considerable attention in this segment, and Kate explained that the company's games have been adopted successfully from launch. This makes social casinos an important part of BGaming's current growth strategy.

"We are heavily focused on social casinos right now. Our games are fully adopted straight from the launch."

Alongside its social casino activities, BGaming has also entered several additional regulated markets. The combination of new market opportunities and different gaming segments allows the company to expand its reach while continuing to develop its existing portfolio.

Aviamasters 2: Building on the Success of the Original

During our 2025 interview, Kate spoke extensively about the success of Aviamasters, a casual game combining a flight theme, multipliers, and traditional slot RNG mechanics. One year later, the series remains a major part of BGaming's portfolio.

In 2026, the studio launched Aviamasters 2, building on the popularity of the original title. According to Kate, the sequel has delivered strong player acquisition results and demonstrated how casual games can introduce players to other products within the BGaming portfolio.

One particularly interesting result has been the movement of players from casual games into classic casino games. Kate explained that Aviamasters 2 has helped attract players who subsequently explore BGaming's more traditional titles.

"It showed really good acquisition results. And also, it showed a really great number of players moving from casual games to classic games after."

This makes Aviamasters more than a successful individual game. It also serves as a way for operators to acquire players and introduce them to other types of casino entertainment.

Kate confirmed that the Aviamasters series is BGaming's top-performing title within its casual portfolio and described it as an important tool for traffic acquisition.

"Overall, this Aviamasters series is our top performing title within the casual portfolio. And an amazing tool for traffic acquisition."

The success of the second release supports BGaming's strategy of developing established game series rather than relying exclusively on entirely new concepts.

Penalty Duel with Júlio César: A Football Partnership

Another notable BGaming release in 2026 was Penalty Duel with Júlio César, a football-themed game featuring the legendary Brazilian goalkeeper directly within the gameplay.

Kate explained that the collaboration was a strategic decision connected to the major international football championship taking place that year. BGaming saw an opportunity to combine a recognizable football personality with a casino game and generate interest among players and operators.

Partnering with Júlio César was particularly relevant for the Brazilian market, where football has an enormous following and the former goalkeeper is a well-known figure.

According to Kate, the collaboration attracted considerable interest from Brazilian casino operators both before and after the championship.

"We have seen great interest, of course, from Brazilian operators. Before the championship and after the championship."

The partnership also extended beyond the game itself. Júlio César visited BGaming's stand and had the opportunity to meet the company's clients in person.

This added another dimension to the collaboration, allowing BGaming to use the partnership for both its game portfolio and its relationships with operators.

Kate described the campaign as a success and said BGaming was very happy with the partnership.

Three Game Worlds: BGaming's Approach to a Crowded Market

At SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, BGaming presented its Three Game Worlds concept, an approach to organizing and promoting its portfolio around the needs of casino operators.

Kate explained that the iGaming market has become increasingly crowded, with a large number of games and providers competing for attention. As a result, simply offering more titles is not necessarily enough to stand out.

"The market is oversaturated with games, oversaturated with game providers."

Instead, BGaming wants to help operators identify games that address specific business challenges. Kate highlighted several important areas:

Through the Three Game Worlds concept, BGaming aims to highlight the games best suited to these different objectives.

Rather than presenting its portfolio only as a collection of individual titles, the studio wants to communicate how its games can contribute to the commercial goals of casino operators.

This approach also connects with the success of Aviamasters 2. The game attracts players through casual gameplay, while some of those players subsequently move to other titles in BGaming's portfolio.

BGaming's Plans for the Rest of 2026 and Beyond

Looking ahead, Kate confirmed that seasonal games and seasonal themes are an important focus for BGaming over the coming months.

Seasonal releases allow the studio to develop content connected to particular periods of the year, giving operators new games and themes to present to their audiences.

At the same time, BGaming is already working on its 2027 roadmap. Although Kate did not reveal specific upcoming titles during the interview, she indicated that the development team has ambitious ideas for the next stage of the company's portfolio.

"Next, we are thinking of the 2027 roadmap and the team has very ambitious ideas."

Following a year marked by growth in streaming visibility, the launch of Aviamasters 2, expansion into social casinos, and the Júlio César collaboration, BGaming is preparing further developments for its game portfolio.

From SBC Lisbon 2025 to 2026

Our two interviews with Kate Puteiko offer an opportunity to follow BGaming's development across consecutive years.

In 2025, the discussion focused on the original Aviamasters game, its unusual gameplay mechanics, the company's community initiatives, and its relationships with streamers and affiliates.

In 2026, the conversation moved toward the results of those earlier initiatives. Aviamasters has developed into a successful series, BGaming has achieved a top-five position in worldwide streaming airtime according to Kate, and the company is using its portfolio to address player acquisition and retention challenges.

The newer interview also highlights BGaming's increased attention to social casinos, its collaboration with Júlio César, and its Three Game Worlds concept.

Below, you can watch our original 2025 interview with Kate to learn more about the development of Aviamasters, BGaming's community programs, and the ideas behind its game design.
