Questions about booking SiGMA coverage
How much does a photographer or videographer for SiGMA Rome cost?
Our published event packages start at €490 for one hour of photography, €790 for 1.5 hours of combined photo and video coverage, and €1,490 for a two-hour photo, video and interview package. The deliverables and delivery options are listed above. For video-only or longer coverage, request a custom quote.
Can you deliver photos and videos on the same day?
Yes. The Live package includes editing and delivery on site. Same-day delivery can also be part of a custom agreement. Our Photo Starter, Entry and Standard packages have seven-day delivery, with paid 24-hour upgrades. Tell us your deadline when you enquire.
Have you filmed at SiGMA in Rome before?

Can you film interviews and product demonstrations at our stand?
Yes. We can film interviews, product demonstrations and announcements at your stand or another agreed location. We can prepare questions together with your team. Share the speaker’s availability and the topics you want to cover when booking.
Can you cover a side event, dinner or private event in Rome?
Yes. Send us the venue, timing and coverage requirements for a custom quote. Include any activities taking place outside Fiera Roma so we can plan the schedule and logistics.
Will our interview be published on CasinoLove channels?
Publishing is an optional add-on, listed at €590 per interview for Standard packages and above. It covers CasinoLove’s YouTube channel, website and LinkedIn, subject to the content meeting the relevant platform and CasinoLove publishing policies.
Can our company use the delivered photos and videos?
Yes. Your company can use the delivered edited photos and videos. The intellectual property remains with CasinoLove. Tell us about any specific licensing requirements when requesting your quote.
