What Personal Data We Process
1) Website server logs (Nginx logs)
When you access the Website, the server typically records technical log data. This can include your IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, HTTP status code, referrer (if your browser sends it), and user-agent (browser and operating system information). These log entries can be personal data under GDPR because they can identify or single out a device or user in some cases.
We use server logs only for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and keeping the Website stable. We do not use them to track you across websites, and we do not build marketing profiles from them.
2) Emails you send to us (Google Workspace)
If you contact us at hello@casinolove.org, we receive and store your message using Google Workspace (business Gmail). We process the data you choose to share, which usually includes your email address, name (if provided), message content, and attachments.
We use email only to communicate with you and to manage business inquiries. We do not sell email data and we do not use inquiry emails for advertising tracking.
3) Third-party websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example YouTube). If you click those links, the third party will process your data under their own policies. We do not control third-party websites.
Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR)
- Providing and securing the Website (server logs). Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse, and diagnosing technical issues.
- Responding to your inquiry (emails). Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) when you contact us about services, and legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in communicating with you and keeping records of business correspondence.
- Legal compliance (only if applicable). Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)), for example accounting and record-keeping obligations under applicable Hungarian law when an inquiry becomes a client relationship.

Why you might still see cookies
Your browser may contain cookies from other websites you visited. Also, if you click a link to a third-party site, that third party may use cookies on their own site.

Data Processors and Service Providers
Website hosting (Hungary)
The Website server is hosted in Hungary by:
RackForest Zrt.
Address: 1132 Budapest, Victor Hugo utca 11. 5. em. B05001, Hungary
RackForest Zrt. acts as a data processor for hosting and infrastructure services. They may have access to server-level data (including logs) only as needed for operation, maintenance, and security.
Email hosting (Google Workspace)
Our business email is hosted on Google Workspace. This means emails you send to us are processed and stored on Google systems so we can receive, search, and reply to messages.
For customers in Europe, Google Workspace is typically provided under a contract with a Google entity in Ireland (often Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland), depending on the billing address and contract terms. Google acts as a processor for customer data in Google Workspace and offers contractual privacy and security commitments through its Cloud Data Processing Addendum (also known as CDPA or DPA).
Google may use authorized subprocessors to provide the service. Google publishes a subprocessor list and provides contractual safeguards for international data transfers (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).

International Data Transfers
Website hosting and server logs are stored in Hungary.
Email data is processed by Google Workspace. Depending on Google Workspace configuration and service operation, email data may be stored and processed in the European Union and may also be processed in other countries. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, Google provides safeguards through its contractual terms (for example Standard Contractual Clauses) and other applicable transfer mechanisms described in Google documentation.
How Long We Keep Data
- Server logs (Nginx logs): we typically keep logs for up to 30 days, unless a longer retention is needed to investigate security incidents, abuse, or technical problems.
- Emails: we keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period to manage business communication. If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, some emails may be retained longer for accounting, contractual, or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as access controls and secure server configuration. No internet transmission is 100 percent secure, but we work to reduce risks.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (GDPR Article 22) on this Website.
